be 100 % guaranteed. In very rare cases such as force major circumstances, hotel
closure for renovations or book out situations client may be offered an
alternative accommodation of relevant or superior quality which the client will
be free to accept or decline or choose the option to have the amount paid for
the reservation reimbursed.

hotels therefore we guarantee they are the best prices you'll ever find.
Hotelistan.com displays the lowest prices at its pages with no additional
charges or hidden taxes for you to pay after making the booking. We endeavor to
present you in details what does the quoted price include, always.
Cancellations, No show and Amendment s

Cancellations made till noon (local destination time) on the date specified as
cancellation deadline are free of charge.
2.
Cancellations submitted after this deadline will attract cancellation charges
ranging from the minimum of 1 night penalty fee (equal to the first night room
rate) to the full expense of your reservation depending on your booking
conditions.
3.
No-shows are be subject to 1 night penalty fee (equal to the first night room
rate) unless stated different in your hotel reservation summary.
4.
Amendments are subject to hotel's availability and may involve additional
charges and taxes specified by the hotel.
5.
Cancellation/Amendment requests should be submitted only in written form via our
website or e-mail. The requested cancellations will take effect from the moment
you have received a cancellation/amendment confirmation email from us.
Refund
Policy
1.
Refunds will only be processed if they are approved from our the third part
service supplier. The exact amount of the refund money will be determined in
accordance with hotel's cancellation policy and the exact date when the
cancellation was requested.
2. Any
approved refunds will be credited back to the customer credit card originally
used for making the payment and no other refund method will be possible. Refunds
are only possible in the same currency in which the booking has been paid. |
